Quirky, cool design Quiet location but close to bars and restaurants Staff friendly and welcoming

Lots of mosquitoes and bugs due to plants and close to river Shame there is a building site behind hotel - No chance of sleeping past 7am ! No hot water

We had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the helpful and caring staff.

The breakfast was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

The air conditioners were not working well. This made for some warm nights and the need to change rooms a few times.

A nice quiet hotel with a pleasant pool area and friendly staff.

Fun decor. Good pool. Coffee.

The room was quite dark. We chose to be in this district as we were staying with a baby, but it would have been fun to be nearer more stuff.

the positives outweigh the negatives, just a little overpriced in my opinion

the design is wonderful , top notch

the pool isn’t really designed for use by all occupants , it’s rather restricted. the aircon motors were attached to the wall of my room , some noise was heard. Wi-Fi isn’t great

Ambiance, and the aesthetic are incredible but the management and staff are exceptional. They are kind, attentive without being intrusive, and very helpful. This will be my go to, top choice when I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Water issue hotel

Close to the river and quiet neighbor

Big water problems in the showers. The hand shower had a dribble. The overhead shower could not get hot water at all. This was the 2nd room we stayed in within 1 week. Both rooms had water issues.

Disappointing hotel

close to the river. Staff were nice and friendly.

Big water problem at this hotel. We stayed in 2 rooms. Showers hardly any water. Cannot get between too hot and too cold. The hotel is very old and tired. Hard pillows. Breakfast is old and unhealthy style. Bread was not fresh.

Not good any more

The receptionist was very helpful and nice. I asked for a lighter which I needed for a birthday cake and he organised one for me even though it was already midnight.

This hotel has a good rating because it was much larger in the past. At that time it had a view on Saigon river and featured a nice restaurant bars, and pools. During Covid, they scaled the area down substantially. Now the hotel only consists of a very small main building. The food served is very basic and not particularly good. Restaurant staff was not attentive and only cleared the table after 1 hour and didn't even bother cleaning it. Our balcony was not private but part of a public area, the pool is very small, there is no view any more, etc.

Gorgeous hotel

I organised for my brother and his new bride to spend their wedding night (and another night) here. They loved it. Both said rooms very lovely and spacious snd they were lucky enough to have a large balcony. Staff were very helpful Highly recommend
